Privacy Policy
Effective September 1, 2026. This policy explains what information Syntavise, LLC collects through syntavise.ai, how we use it, and the choices you have.
In short: we collect only what you give us through the contact form and what standard, privacy-preserving web analytics record. We use it to respond to your inquiry and run the site. We do not sell your information, and we do not share your identity with infrastructure providers without your consent.
1. Who we are
Syntavise, LLC (“Syntavise,” “we,” “us”) is a Delaware limited liability company providing independent AI infrastructure consulting. This policy covers the website at syntavise.ai and its subdomains (the “Site”). Questions about this policy can be sent to hello@syntavise.ai.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide
When you submit the contact form or email us, we receive the information you choose to include: name, company, business email address, job title, general descriptions of your AI workload and infrastructure, your objective, and your message. We ask you not to include proprietary model details, customer data, or other confidential information in the form.
Information collected automatically
The Site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless, privacy-preserving analytics service. It records aggregate information such as page views, referring sites, country, browser and device type, and page performance. It does not use cookies or local storage, does not fingerprint devices, and does not track individuals across sites. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) also keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and reliability purposes.
Cookies
The Site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies required to deliver the Site securely (for example, bot-protection cookies). We do not currently run third-party advertising or marketing pixels.
3. How we use information
We use the information described above to respond to your inquiry and schedule conversations you request; to evaluate whether and how we can help with your infrastructure needs; to operate, secure, and improve the Site; to comply with legal obligations; and, where you have asked to receive them, to send occasional Insights updates. We do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
4. How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share it only as follows:
- Service providers that help us run the Site and handle inquiries, acting on our instructions: Cloudflare (hosting, DNS, analytics, security), Web3Forms (delivery of contact-form submissions to our inbox), and our email provider. Each processes information only to provide its service to us.
- Infrastructure providers — the core of our work is connecting AI companies with compute providers. We will not disclose your identity or your workload details to any provider without your consent, which we will ask for explicitly as part of an engagement.
- Legal and safety — when required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or when necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of Syntavise, our clients, or others.
- Business transfers — if Syntavise is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.
5. Data retention
We keep contact-form submissions and related correspondence for as long as needed to respond to and follow up on your inquiry and, if an engagement follows, for the duration of the relationship and any period required by law or legitimate business needs (such as records retention). Aggregate analytics data is retained by Cloudflare per its published retention periods. You may ask us to delete your information at any time (see Section 8).
6. Security
The Site is served over HTTPS, and form submissions are transmitted encrypted. We limit access to inquiry data to people who need it to respond. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. International visitors
Syntavise is based in the United States and processes information there. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., including from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, our legal bases are: performance of steps you request prior to a contract (responding to your inquiry), our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Site and in marketing our services to businesses, and your consent where we rely on it. You have the rights described in Section 8.
8. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, object to or restrict certain processing, receive a copy in a portable format, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. California residents have corresponding rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, and correct, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell or “share” (as defined by California law) personal information. To exercise any right, email hello@syntavise.ai; we will verify your request and respond within the time required by applicable law. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

9. Children
The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, which we encourage you to review.
